Summer's almost here! There are tons of fun things you can get involved in that will help you learn more about what you want to do with your life — and have fun while you're at it. (Don't worry, you'll still have plenty of time to sleep late and hang out with your friends!)

Maybe you want to be the next American Idol, or you'd like to make your own video game — there are cool camps all over Texas, and one of them is sure to fit your interests. Love animals? Volunteering at a zoo or animal shelter might be for you. Interested in nature or the environment? Plant some trees at your local park! These opportunities not only help you learn more about what you love, but they'll make you look like a major rock star on college and job applications someday.
